Goal

In Oracle Application the SQL packages and API use some tracer to collect info on the values that has been used by the application flow and the entry is like

OZF_DEBUG_HIGH_ON BOOLEAN := FND_MSG_PUB.check_msg_level(FND_MSG_PUB.g_msg_lvl_debug_high);
OZF_DEBUG_LOW_ON BOOLEAN := FND_MSG_PUB.check_msg_level(FND_MSG_PUB.g_msg_lvl_debug_low);

...

IF OZF_DEBUG_LOW_ON THEN
ozf_utility_PVT.debug_message('PROCESS ORDER: ');
ozf_utility_PVT.debug_message('ORDER NUMBER: '||l_order_num_tbl(k).order_number);
ozf_utility_PVT.debug_message('sold_from_ACCT: '||l_order_num_tbl(k).sold_from_cust_account_id);
ozf_utility_PVT.debug_message('DATE ORDERED: '||l_order_num_tbl(k).date_ordered);
END IF;

so for each module we have this kind of entry

How to have a custom tracer to apply in any packages ?
