This problem can occur on any platform.
-- Problem Statement:
Find that when running a report with the date set and using the setting of 'After' the report is run to gain data from the following day and not from 00:01 of the date entered.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1 - Log on to OTM.
2 - Navigate to: Business Process Automation > Reporting > Report Manager.
3 - Select to run the report for 'Route Service Levels Summary'.
4 - Enter a start time of '2009-01-01' and 'After'.
5 - The start date in the Report was shown as 02-JAN-09 (which is after the 1st Jan).
You expect the report to start on 01-JAN-09 and not 02-JAN-09.
