Requisition Import From Min-Max Is Causing The Error 'Please Enter A Valid Deliver To Location'

This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
Run min/max planning level at sub-inventory, setting the default delivery location . When we attempt to create an internal requisition, it errors with-
'Please enter a valid Deliver to Location'
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Navigate to the Inventory responsibility-> Planning ->Min Max Planning.
2. Set the level at sub-inventory.
3. Set the default delivery location which is a valid one.
4. Set restock to 'Yes'
5. Run min-max program.
