Symptoms
The timecards are not reaching the approver for approval. The status of the timecards are submitted but no notifications are sent to the approver. Instead an error message in generated to sysadmin for those timecards.
One such example of the error message is given below:
Timecard (12-JAN-2019 to 18-JAN-2019) workflow for <EMP_NAME> encountered error 3146:
