Symptoms
When attempting to open the Requisition Summary, Purchase Order Summary or Autocreate forms, the following error occurs.
ERROR

APP-PO-14142 Get_po_parameters-10 ORA-1403 no data found, or
APP-PO-14142 PO_MOAC_UTILS.Init_PO_StartUp-000 ORA-0000 normal successful completion.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the form.
2. Error is displayed.
Changes
This issue could happen after upgrade to application release 12 from 11i, or a change in the database, or when defining a new Operating Unit.
