Symptoms

You are not able to open some Benefit forms or open with errors.

The form is getting compiled after adding $AU_TOP/forms/US to FORMS60_PATH.  However, when you try to open up the form, you get

"FRM- 40104 Unable to resolve reference to item".

Other errors:

APP-FND-01388: Cannot read value for Profile option FND_LOOK_AND_FEEL in routine &ROUTINE
APP-FND-01388: Cannot read value for Profile option FND_COLOR_SCHEMA in routine &ROUTINE
APP-FND-01388: Cannot read value for Profile option INDICATOR_SCHEMA in routine &ROUTINE
ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508

When open other Benefit forms, you get the same errors.

 

Changes

This could happen either after cloned an instance, applied patches or Platform migrated from solaris to linux
