Goal

Last run of commisions calculation (in incremental mode) has recalculated more transactions than expected.

What are the different requests and tables which enables a user to find:
- What are the rules modifications (Quota, compensation plan, rate, rate table, formula....) which have been modified and which have produced the recalculation.
- What are the type of user operation which could produced a recalculation?
- What are the commissions lines which will be recalculated?

Steps to Reproduce
Responsibility: Compensation Manager > Calculate Compensation
Button : Calculate Compensation

Run a calculation for all ressources,
Type = Commission
Incremental Calculation is checked

Click on 'Run Calculation' Button.
