FSTP: API Programming Error (CS_ServiceRequest_UTIL.Validate_Group_Id) When Trying To Create A Service Request (Doc ID 785533.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to submit a service request from Field Service Technician Portal and 'Assign to my group' or 'Assign to me and my Group' options are selected, the following error occurs:

API Programming Error (CS_ServiceRequest_UTIL.Validate_Group_Id): The value "<id>" for parameter p_owner_group_id is invalid.



Steps To Reproduce
1. Log in with Field Service Technician Portal responsibility.
2. Create a new Service Request.
3. Select 'Assign to my group' or 'Assign to me and my Group' option.
4. Save.
