Service: Product / Item LOVs Retrieve No Values - Message: "No entries found for List of Values" (Doc ID 785596.1)

When creating a new Service Request, the Product / Item LOV is empty although there are Products / Instances in the Installed Base.
Product LOV should return all the Installed Base items. Same can happen when using Serial Number search or Registered Product.


(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Create Service Request

  - SR header > Item LOV
  - Charges tab > Item LOV

(R) iSupport Business User
(N) Create Service Request

     - Choose Service Request Type
     - Trying to assign Product by searching % in LOV

(R) Service
(N) Setup > Charges > T&M Labor Schedule

      - Select Business Process
      - Labor Item LOV

=> No products are being retrieved
