Shipment Saved Query Drop Down List Is Not Displayed

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5.05 find that when navigating to the Shipment Finder screen, the Saved Query drop down list is not populated. The log file contains the following error.

ERROR
Error Exception Read_Record_Failure (cachedUser=XXX.GOT1614/null/ADMIN, class=class
glog.ejb.savedquery.SavedQueryServerSideEJBWrapper, currentUserName=XXX.GOT1614,
primaryContext=E1.SHIPMENT CONTAINS SALES ORDERS, vpdUser=XXX.GOT1614/XXX.GOT1614/ADMIN)
Unable to read {0=null} {1=null} from the database. Either the record has been removed by another
user or you do not have rights to view it. (cachedUser=XXX.GOT1614/null/ADMIN, class=class
glog.ejb.savedquery.SavedQueryServerSideEJBWrapper, currentUserName=XXX.GOT1614,
primaryContext=E1.SHIPMENT CONTAINS SALES ORDERS, vpdUser=XXX.GOT1614/XXX.GOT1614/ADMIN)

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1 - Log on to OTM.
2 - Navigate to Transportation Planning and Execution > Shipment Management > Buy Shipments.
3 - The Shipment Search screen is displayed.
4 - The Saved Query drop down box is empty.
