Symptoms
In Find Service Request form:
Unable to find Service Requests when searching by Summary.
WHAT IS WORKING
- Able to search by SR Number (i.e. 12345)
- Able to search by Task Number
- Able to search by system name
-- Steps To Reproduce:
(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Find Service Request
- Search by Summary (i.e. %test%)
- Service Request not found.
