Symptoms

Unable to setup the Workflow Notification Mailer. Getting the error Unable to make network
connection.

Changes

Setting up a new Notification Mailer from Oracle Applications Manager (OAM). In page 3 of Mailer Configuration pages, after entering all the requested information to set up the Inbound and Outbound accounts, the error occurs for the IMAP Inbound Email  Account
