Knowledge Base: Unable to Add Item to a Solution

Information in this document applies to any platform.
While creating or updating a Solution, users are unable to add an Item to the Solution.
(R) Knowledge Management Administrator (or other KM Responsibility with authoring permission)
(N) Create Solution
- Click 'Add Items' button
- The search retrieves no values, even after entering just a '%'.
