There is no Save or Update Button for Updating the Install Base Owner of an Instance (Doc ID 785977.1)

Symptoms

Find that there is no Update button available in the Owner's details page for an Item Instance

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to have the button to change the owner

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility Install Base User
2. Navigate to Install Base
3. Query up an instance
4. Go to Owner details page
