On 220.127.116.11 L
Find when creating the Repair Orders and the customer number is selected. the incorrect bill to
address is getting populated the address is coming is a Shipto site and also not the identifying
address as well . There is no option to select the correct Bill to address.
Expect to populate the correct bill to address and be able to correct Bill to address

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a Depot Repair Order
2. Select customer, the bill to will be populated
