Symptoms

While an internal sales order receipt transaction tries interfacing to Installed Base the following error occurs:

Error Code: CSI_IB_RECORD_NOTFOUND
Error Message: The source item instance &ITEM, in Subinventory &SUBINVENTORY, for Organization &ORG_ID in Oracle Install Base does not exist. Please verify that any receipt transactions were successful.
