Universal Search Error: APP-JTF-210604 when executing a search. (Doc ID 786243.1)

When attempting to look up account names using the quick search function of the Universal Search, the following error occurs:

APP-JTF-210604: Program error.  Please inform your system administrator or support representative that JTF_GRID package reports error:
DEVELOPER ERROR: jtf_grid.reset reports that:
has not been initialized. A grid must be specified using

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Telesales Agent
2. eBusiness center
3. Flashlight
4. Quick search: Populate Account Name
5. Search
6. Error message is displayed.
