Adjustment of Loaded Manual Transaction with Preserve Current Allocation Fails (Doc ID 786476.1)

Symptoms

When adjusting a loaded manual transaction, the reversal transaction created by OIC does not have the same value of Y for the Preserve Current Allocation (column: preserve_credit_override_flag). Then since Sales Credit Allocation is enabled, the reversal transaction does not get loaded

This can be reproduced with the following steps:

(R) Compensation Manager
(N) Transactions
Maintain Transactions
Create a manual transaction with the Preserve Current Allocation checkbox checked
(N) Transactions
Load Transactions
(N) Transactions
Maintain Transactions
Adjust the transaction
Review the transactions.  The reversal transaction does not the Preserve Current Allocation value of the original transaction.
