ITEM DESCRIPTION INCORRECT IN INVENTORY MASTER BOOK REPORT (Doc ID 786569.1)

Symptoms

Inventory Master book Value does not specify item description properly when it is changed from original.
It will continue to display old description.(The problem was happening for a instance in Russian language,
it was working fine in English instance)

Test Case
-----------
 Login using a foreign language :ex Russian

1.Define Item MM-ITEM1 .Description: TEST
2.Define item catalog: Catalog Groups > Air Compressors >Details> Descriptive elements > AAA, BBB, CCC.
3.Go back to Master Items >Query MM-ITEM1 >Tools >Catalog>Enter values for the descriptive elements :ex: XXX.DDD.YYY
4.Save.
5.Description saved for the Master org. and child org.
6.Miscellaneous transaction for the item. Let the item get costed
7.Run Inventory Master Book Report for the item
8.Output of the report shows de old description : TEST
