Symptoms

When attempting to use -
Update Configuration Values for module Assignment Budget Value Maintenance for Process Definition
Configuration and set:
Event Dates Source to 'An Event Group' (so no 'Custom' function used)
Budget Value Formula to seeded 'GB_CALCULATE_FTE_USING_PQP_CONTRACT_TYPES',
the following error occurs:
Note: The issue manifests for applicant assignments (whether or not the employee has other active
assignments)

1.Concurrent program 'Calculate Assignment Budget Values (UK)' from URP UK Super HRMS Manager with all parameters defaulted except affected employee_number and payroll.
2. Run payroll
