Symptoms


Mass Additions Create errors with:

ORA-00001: unique constraint (FA.FA_MASS_ADDITIONS_U1) violated occurred in
->AP_MASS_ADDITIONS_CREATE_PKG.MASS_ADDITIONS_CREATE->Insert_Fama
with parameters (&PARAMETERS)
while performing the following operation:
Insert ASSETS if AX is not used in Accrual Accounting


Steps To Reproduce:
OPM_ATFL_COMP -> Requests -> Submit Requests -> MASS ADDITIONS CREATE
