Requisition Lines Created To A RFQ No Longer Available After RFQ Creation Is Canceled (Doc ID 786779.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


When creating an negotiation from the buyer work center using a requisition line
then canceling during the rfq/negotiation creation (within the Sourcing Module)
The requisition line is no longer in the requisition pool in the Buyer Work Center.

Replication Steps:
1. Login to the E-Business Suite - select the Sourcing Responsibility.
2. Move to the Buyer Work Center
3. Locate a requisition line - and choose to add it to the RFQ using the buyer work center
4. During RFQ creation choose cancel
5. Attempt to locate the requisition line back in the buyer work center
- It is not present - but is expected to be here since the RFQ creation was canceled
