Create Accounting fails due to a Cross Validation Rule Erro:

Error Number: 95261
Error Message: The account code combination  XXX-XXX-XXX-XXXX is invalid. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that: Value secured: This value is not allowed. Please enter an authorized value

The Cross Validation Rule is then disabled but, Create Accounting still fails with the same error message.
