Symptoms
Find when running the CSPPLEXC1 module: Create Excess Lists(1) it is causing a performance issue. It takes more than 30 minutes to run.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Connect using the Spares Management responsibility
2. Navigate to the 'Reports and programs' option
3. Create excess lists.
