Power Actions On Dock Manager Point To Wrong Links When Logged In As A Service Provider (Doc ID 787762.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5.05.02, Find that the Dock Manager Power Actions such as Find Next Available Appointment and
Find Previous Available Appointment are showing the View Appointment Screen instead of moving to
the next/previous available appointment as it did in CU4

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that the behavior seen in CU4, i.e. moving automatically to the next/previous appointment
slot happens

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on as Service Provider and do to the Dock Manager
2. Look for a Shipment with an appointment
3. Right-click on the appointment and select actions - Find Next Available Appointment or Find
Previous Available Appointment.
4. See that for each of the actions, the View Appointment screen is shown. Instead it is expected
that the appointment moves to the next/previous available appointment slot as the case may be
