Tasks Updates From APPS Are Not Going To The mobile field service Device After Synchronization (Doc ID 788302.1)

Symptoms

Tasks updates and new tasks from the Enterprise Applications are not being transferred to the mobile devicd (laptop, PPC or multiplatform) after synchronization. The synchronization details shows nothing is transferred between  the Enterprise Applications and the PPC.

Expect to see the tasks assigned to a mobile use appear on the mobile device (PPC)


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Task, schedule a Task to the technician who is Mobile Field Service user.
2. Sync the device using 'active sync'.
3. The new tasks are not coming to the device
