Incorrect Dimensional Weight Rounding Calculation.

This problem can occur on any platform.
-- Problem Statement:
You are rating with Dimensional Weight and can see a difference in the Chargeable Weight vs. Shipment Total Dimensional Weight, as used to rate the shipment. The difference is slight but seems to be related to converting to different UOMs and rounding.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1 - Create a Rate Offering with a DIM factor "DIM_CMTR_GRM" and Cost = 333.33 USD.
2 - Click on the 'Ask OTM' icon for 'Rates'.
3 - Populate the UI fields as required to use the rate created in step 1.
4 - Click 'Find Rates'.
5 - Scroll to the solution for that rate.
6 - Click on the cost link (i.e. 333.33 USD). The details are shown as:
0.5 USD per 500 GRM of Shipment Total Dimensional Weight (333330.50000000006 GRM) = 333.331 USD
Dim Factor: XXX.CUMTR_KG_333_33 1 CUMTR = 0.003 KG
7 - Notice the Shipment Total Dimensional Weight=333330.50000000006 GRM
8 - On the RIQ Results, notice the Chargeable Weight=333.50 KG
9 - OTM Calculates: 333330.50000000006 GRM/500 GRM*0.5 USD=333.331 USD which is not correct.
10 - The expected calculation is: 333,50 KG/0.5 KG*0.5 USD=333.50 USD
