Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5.05, Find that accessorial cost calendar does not apply to the destination location ( i.e. delivery time of the shipment) and only to the Start Time window on the source location
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that the Accessorial cost is applied based on the time the shipment is delivered
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up an accessorial cost in one of two ways
a. without a basis for the cost but with a calendar that is set with an activity of ACTIVATE from
07:00 to 18:00 ( monday to friday) or
b. with a basis that is set as Destination Best Determined Arrival Time with an Operator - IS WORK
PERIOD, Values - Calendar ID and ACTIVATE
2.Plan the shipment and see that the accessorial cost is applied only if the start time on the
shipment is with in the period on the calendar but not when the delivery window is with in the
time period in the calendar
