FORM:ARXTWADA.FMB - Approve Adjustments

Symptoms

When attempting to approve adjustments created in other operating units from a Multi-Org Access (MOAC) responsibility, the following error occurs:

APP-AR-11526: arp_process_adjustment.update_adjustment exception: ORA-20001:

The debug log shows the Error:
ORA-28115: policy with check option violation

Steps To Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager (this responsibility needs to have access to multiple Orgs)
Navigation: Control > Adjustments > Approve Adjustments

Pick an adjustment to approve and the error is raised
