Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:

When running the action "Pickup -> Send Pickup Notification" from a Shipment Group, no notification is being sent. This is true regardless of a LOGISTICS party being assigned to the Shipment Group. In reviewing the logs, the following Exception is presented:

java.sql.SQLException: Attempt to set a parameter name that does not occur in the SQL: 1

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Shipment Group Management -> Shipment Group.
2. Search for Shipment Group.
3. Actions -> Pickup -> Send Pickup Notification.
