Symptoms

When attempting to create a document using General Ledger-Journals integrator, document creation hangs and the following message  is displayed. Document creation never completes

Message:

Processing: Create Document
Do not close this window until processing completes.

Steps:

1. Navigate to Desktop Integrator > Create Document > General Ledger - Journals integrator
2. select layout > Next > Create Document
3. Document creation hangs and never completes
