5.5 OTM Rate Inquiry Using The 'Date Deliver By' Does Not Work

This problem can occur on any platform.
When running an RIQ with the 'Date Deliver By' as November 30, we have a 'Voyage Schedule' for the Ocean Primary leg till 28 Dec, and have attached this Voyage Schedule to the Rate Service .
When we run the RIQ with the above date, the system inserts the 'Date Available By' as the current date and gives the immediate next available schedule instead of the schedule which will meet 'Date Deliver By' of Nov 30'. If we run the same query with the date available by as 5th Nov, it is fetching the right rate and schedule.
After changing the Parameter to 'HOLD AS LATE AS POSSIBLE' to 'TRUE' and when run RIQ which has a Voyage Schedule, it gives "No Routes and Rates found" and does not fetch any Rate and Route. But the same works fine using Rate Service as 'Look Up' without any schedules attached.
