When a user tries to enter time in Self Service Timecard screen he finds that Monday is missing from a Monday - Sunday Timecard time period. This is happening for just one user, on all his timecards.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as the user
2. Go to Self Service Time Entry Responsiblity
3. Click on create Timecard and notice the issue
Due to this issue, this particular user is unable to enter hours for Monday on the timecard.
