Strange Results When Searching for Candidates Based on Resume Keyword Search (Doc ID 789925.1)

You search for a vacancy and click the 'Add Applicant' icon. The first page you are taken to is to 'Select a Candidate.' You enter in a resume keyword search and click Go.
The results returned include multiple records for the same person and also individuals who don't have a resume.

Expect resume search to work.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iRecruitment Recruiter > Search Vacancy.
2. Click on Add Applicant for a vacancy.
3. Enter resume keyword search criteria and click Go.
4. Search results are displayed.
