How does one create a dependency between Line_Type and Shipment_Priority_Code?

You want the LINE_TYPE to be dependent on the SHIPMENT_PRIORITY_CODE.
You created the dependencies for "SHIPMENT PRIORITY to LINE TYPE" in the package
"OE_DEPENDENCIES_EXTN" (OEXEDEPB.pls) at "Order Line Entity" level:

x_extn_dep_tbl (l_index).source_attribute := oe_line_util.g_shipment_priority;
x_extn_dep_tbl (l_index).dependent_attribute := oe_line_util.g_line_type;
x_extn_dep_tbl (l_index).enabled_flag := 'Y';
l_index := l_index + 1;

Now you are getting an error message in the sales order form: 'OE_DEF_MAX_ITERATIONS'
