In the Field Service Technician Portal (FSTP) when clicking on the Return Defective Parts link, no results are displayed in the defective sub-inventory. Why is this?
Steps to replicate:
1. Login to oracle apps as a FSTP user.
2. (R) Field Service Technician Portal -> Field Service Technician Dashboard.
3. Select a task to debrief. Select a part to return and place in the defective sub-inventory. After completing the debrief, the item moves to the sub-inventory.
4. Go back to the dashboard and in the quick links click on the "Return Defective Parts" link, the Return Defective Parts HTML page opens and the table shows no results.
