Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
When trying to create a Marketing Campaign Activity, the following error occurs:

ORA-01722: invalid number in Package AMS_ACTMETRIC_PVT Procedure Create_ActMetric"

The same error is encountered when running "AMS Metrics Refresh Program".
