Symptoms


Create Settlement Batches program error out with following error in request log.

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-31011: XML parsing failed
ORA-06512: at "APPS.IBY_FNDCPT_EXTRACT_GEN_PVT", line 356
ORA-06512: at "APPS.IBY_EXTRACTGEN_PVT", line 136
ORA-06512: at line 1
