-- Problem Statement:

Multiple Master Rate Offerings that are configured using the same Base (SMC) Rate Offering. These Master Rate Offerings are configured to use an NMFC mapping so that a specific NMFC Class is used to perform the SMC rate lookup. A different mapping is used for each Master Rate Offering.

When the Action -> Change Service Provider -> Change Service Provider is used on a shipment that can include more than one of these Rate Offerings, it is found that the SMC lookup is not considering the NMFC mapping configuration for each rate offering. It seems that a single SMC lookup is done and is used to present the costs on the selection screen. Once the option is selected, the shipment is actually created with the right cost.

The problem is simply that the costs displayed in the selection window are incorrect and therefore incorrect decisions can be made by the planner.

-- Steps To Reproduce:

1. Have two Rate Offerings available for a shipment where there are different NMFC Class mappings (Configured on the Rate Offering - Attributes tab). These Rate Offerings share the same Base Rate Offering.

2. Shipment Actions -> Change Service Provider -> Change Service Provider

This screen displays the incorrect cost for some of the Rate Offerings. The costs are all determined based on a single SMC lookup for one NFMC Class

3. Select an incorrect option and click OK

The correct cost is now displayed.
