Symptoms

When attempting to upload assets data through Web ADI, the following error occurs:

ERROR
............
Fatal Error: Please have your system administrator view the bne.log file.
java.io.FileNotFoundException: $BNE_TOP/upload/bne0u2vN8A1.xml
(A file or directory in the path name does not exist.)
Please contact your support representative.
