Symptoms
For all Financial Statement Generator Reports (FSG) that are submitted using RGFSGXML - Program - Publish FSG Report, the log file shows the following error:-
Setting the OPP response time to a higher value has not resolved this issue.
This has not worked in the past, this is the first attempt to run this program.
Error
------
The Output Post-processor is running but has not picked up this request.
No further attempts will be made to post-process this request, and the request will be marked with Warning status.
Setting the profile option Concurrent: OPP Response Timeout to a higher value may be necessary".
Workaround
-------------
Generate the FSG output via Reports-> Request -> Financial,
But this does not allow the generation in the formats needed (PDF and Excel).
Steps to Reproduce
----------------------
1. navigate to View > Requests > Submit a new Request
2. Run RGFSGXML Program - Publish FSG Report
