When attempting to change the job status, the following error occurs.
ERROR
APP-FND-1048: Use of this combination restricted by WHERE clause
' ( BUILD_IN_WIP_FLAG = 'Y' AND PICK_COMPONENTS_FLAG = 'N' AND ((1 = 1)
OR (1 = 2 AND ENG_ITEM_FLAG = 'N')) ) '.

or the following error can occur:

APP-FND-1048: Use of this combination restricted by WHERE clause
' ( BUILD_IN_WIP_FLAG = 'Y' AND PICK_COMPONENTS_FLAG = 'N' AND ((2 = 1) OR (2 = 2 AND ENG_ITEM_FLAG = 'N')) ) '.

STEPS
1. Work In Process> Discrete>Discrete Job
2. set up a discrete job
3. change its status and save >error comes out
