Entering a Multicurrency Quote in Oracle Sales - IPL: Price Was Not Found on Price List <price list name> for This Item and Uom (Doc ID 792957.1)

Oracle Depot Repair - Version 11.5.10 and later

On 12x in Production:
Working in a Multi-Currency environment. Entering a Quote from Oracle Sales an error is returned

The following concurrent programs  have been run
- Defaulting rule generator
- Build Attribute Mapping Rules.

The correct steps had been followed to setup Multi Currency as per the Oracle Advanced
Pricing Implementation Guide, and the following profile options have been set:

QP: Multi Currency Installed to Y at Site level
QP: Multi-Currency Usages is set to Yes at the Application for:

i) Order Management
ii) Order Capture
iii) Oracle Quoting

IPL: Price was not found on price list <price list name> for this item xxx and uom EA.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Sales User
2. Create a quote
3. Change the currency
3. Add an item

Note:  This error can also occur in TeleService and Depot Repair while creating Charges in another currency
