Receiving Oracle.Apps.Bne.Exception.Bnefatalexception Error In Web ADI When Using SSL

Symptoms
Web ADI is not working on Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) environment. When performing any task in Web ADI, we receive the error, "Exception Name: oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneFatalException - Error loading class: Log File Bookmark: 415225". This happens all the time when trying to download a Web ADI journal template.
The issue is occurring in UAT.
After cloning UAT environment to <SID> and disabled SSL on <SID> - the issue does NOT occur in <SID>.
<Note 465991.1> did not resolved the issue.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Journals-->Launch Journal Wizard.
2. Select any Layout and click "Create Document".
3. Open File.
4. Click "Enable Macros" when prompted in Excel.
5. The spreadsheet is not generated and instead the window and "Oracle Web ADI: Fatal Error" is returned.
