Goal

The following profiles control the dates within the Transaction tab and History tabs of Collections Agent User Interface (IEXRCALL):

    IEX: Default End Date Range Span
    IEX: Default Date Range Span 

Why don't these profiles work when navigating to Collections Agent User Interface (IEXRCALL) from the UWQ?
