Emails are not reaching the Email Center Application. Emails cannot be found in either the Email Center Supervisor queue or the Email Center Agent console.
Execute the following queries on the Application database to check the progress of inbound emails:
select * from IEM_PRE_MDTS; - see all recent emails sitting at NEW status
select count(*) from IEM_POST_MDTS; - see no recent emails, only old records
