ERROR: "Non Numeric or Value" When Update Lead/Opportunity (Doc ID 794362.1)

When attempting to update an existing Opportunity, the following error occurs:

Non-Numerical value has been entered into numerical field , please change the value to correct value

- This works correctly when logged in English Language.
- It errors out when logged in Arabic or any other language

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Online Responsibility
2. Go to opportunity tab , then update the opportunity for example status
3. Error appeared
