Expression does not appear in list of values (LOV) when Formula is Group by Interval (Doc ID 794868.1)

Symptoms

Expression Does Not Appear In LOV When Formula Is Group By Interval. 

This can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Define the expression:

[Plan Element].Interval To Date Input Achieved

It shows the usages:

This expression can be used in the following positions:

1) the output or performance measure of a formula of any type;
2) the input of bonus type formula or a commission formula which is applied to a group of transactions;
3) the input of a commission type formula which allows multiple inputs.

2. Define the formula with:

Type = Commission
Apply Transactions = Group By Interval
Split = No Split
Cumulative = Ticked
Interval To Date = null

3. When entering the input expression for the formula, the expression above does not appear in the LOV.

4. After changing the formula to:

Type = Commission
Apply Transactions = Individually
Split = No Split
Cumulative = Ticked
Interval To Date = null

The expression appears as expected.
