Symptoms

Reviewed for currency 1-March-2012

The wsh_locations table is not being updated when hz_locations is updated.

Customer has verified that HZ: Execute API Callouts is set to Yes.
The wf_events "oracle.apps.ar.hz.Location.create" and "oracle.apps.ar.hz.Location.update" were disabled, customer then enabled them and restarted the workflow manager.
And the updates are still not being processed.

As a workaround customer must run the Import Shipping Locations interface nightly
