Transactions Workbench The Instrument Number Is Not Displayed (Doc ID 795812.1)

The Transaction workbench is not displaying the 'Instrument Number' for Direct Debit customers
when scrolling through existing customer transactions.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
: Transactions > Transactions

  1. Select transaction for existing Direct Debit customer and the 'Instrument Number' is not
    displayed on the screen
  2. When scrolling through to the next record the Instrument Number is
    again missing.
  3. If you 'Select Instrument' from LOV and 'apply' then the Instrument is displayed if the
    value has been changed, otherwise it is blank.
