The Transaction workbench is not displaying the 'Instrument Number' for Direct Debit customers
when scrolling through existing customer transactions.
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Transactions > Transactions
- Select transaction for existing Direct Debit customer and the 'Instrument Number' is not
displayed on the screen
- When scrolling through to the next record the Instrument Number is
- If you 'Select Instrument' from LOV and 'apply' then the Instrument is displayed if the
value has been changed, otherwise it is blank.
